1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in resaleable condition. Hygiene-sealed products that have been opened may be excluded for health and safety reasons.
2. EU Right of Withdrawal
EU customers benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. To withdraw, email us within 14 days of delivery.
3. How To Request a Return
Email wildsteamwellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with return instructions within 1–2 working days.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service.
